Address Book

Import your contacts from other systems:

MICROSOFT OUTLOOK

Locate the Import / Export option from the menu

Select the Export to a File

Select the Comma Separated values (DOS) option

Select the contacts that you want to export

Save the file

Import this file into Addressbookonline

YAHOO EMAIL
Login to your Yahoo Account, go to your contacts panel
then use the "Export Option" under tools

Export your contacts using the Microsoft Outlook Export
This will create a file called "Yahoo_ab.csv"

Import this file into Addressbookonline

MSN / HOTMAIL

Login to your Hotmail Account, go to your contacts panel
then use the "Export Option" under tools

Make sure all your contacts have a Lastname or Company Name
Otherwise they wont be imported...

Import this file into Addressbookonline

AOL EMAIL

Login to your AOL Account, go to your contacts panel
then use the "Export Option" under tools

Use the Comma-seperated-Values option

Make sure all your contacts have a Lastname or Company Name
Otherwise they wont be imported...

Import the created file into Addressbookonline

CSV (Comma Delimited Values)

Create a CSV (Comma Separated Values) with the following fields. (See Below Table)
First Line must contain Fieldnames, as below

This can be done in a notepad or in Excel !

Fields not listed below will be ignored
If Lastname or CompanyName dont exist, record will be ignore
Special characters/Unicode are not supported...

Here is an example of the format, this can be loaded into MS Excel

Note : the 1st Row Headings are important (dont change)
